Money mindset programs work at the level of thoughts and beliefs. This works at the level of identity and the nervous system. Thoughts are easy to change - your body's threat response isn't. That's why affirmations feel good for a day and then stop working. This approach changes the deeper pattern that generates the thoughts in the first place.
Q: I've already done a lot of inner work. Will this actually be different?
If you've done inner work and your income still hasn't changed, that's actually evidence that the work hasn't reached the layer that matters - the identity your nervous system is defending.
