Therapy explores your past to help you understand why you are the way you are. This work identifies the specific survival identity that was formed in childhood and gives you a method to remove it — so the real you can emerge. It's not healing. It's excavation. Both are valuable. They work at different layers.

Q: I've done a lot of personal development. Will this actually be different?

If you've done personal development and still feel like you're performing your life, that's evidence the work hasn't reached the identity layer. Most personal development operates at behavior and belief — the second and third floors. This goes to the foundation. If you've done the work and nothing has fundamentally shifted, this is probably why.

Q: What if I don't know what my "pattern" is?
